Exchange & Return Policy

1. Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you wear. You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

If the item you receive is defective, it will qualify for a return/exchange. To be eligible:

  • The product must have original tags attached and packaging intact

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The product must not be intentionally damaged after delivery

To process your return/exchange, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt. This helps us verify that the issue was present at the time of delivery and ensures a smooth resolution.

NOTE:

  • Gift cards, final sale, and discounted items will not be eligible for return/exchange (check product page at the time of purchase).

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you may be asked to pay the difference. For online orders, customers may be responsible for exchange postage.

  • Please note we don’t provide refunds, items will either be exchanged or upon return you will be given a voucher.

  4. Follow further instructions to ship 

Once we receive your parcel, our team will inspect it and process your request.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Report it within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

  • We’ll arrange an exchange, including return shipping
