We want you to love every piece you wear. You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
If the item you receive is defective, it will qualify for a return/exchange. To be eligible:

The product must have original tags attached and packaging intact

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

The product must not be intentionally damaged after delivery
To process your return/exchange, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt. This helps us verify that the issue was present at the time of delivery and ensures a smooth resolution.
NOTE:

Gift cards, final sale, and discounted items will not be eligible for return/exchange (check product page at the time of purchase).

If the replacement item is more expensive, you may be asked to pay the difference. For online orders, customers may be responsible for exchange postage.

Please note we don’t provide refunds, items will either be exchanged or upon return you will be given a voucher.
