Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in select regions depending on campaigns and operational support.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery time is 4-7 working days. May vary due to local courier performance or external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

There are flat standard shipping rates.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed:

  • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email

  • You’ll get a call for confirmation of your order.

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking details

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal of package

Your order may be returned to our dispatch center. Reshipment may incur additional charges. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout.


7. Delays & External Factors

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Regional disruptions

Verve is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will support you in tracking your package.
